Returns & Refunds

We accept eligible return requests made within 14 calendar days after the order is delivered. To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unused, unaltered and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

Before sending anything back, email support@yupa.shop with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide the return instructions and Wuhan return address.

Wrong, damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If the wrong item arrives, the parcel is damaged in transit, or you believe the item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or video of the item and outer packaging. For a verified seller error or defect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover the reasonable return shipping cost where a return is required.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Pierced earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items once their sealed packaging has been opened, except where defective or required by law.
  • Custom, personalized or altered items, except where defective or required by law.
  • Items damaged by wear, misuse, impact, improper storage, prolonged water exposure, perfume, cosmetics or chemicals.
  • Gift cards and items marked final sale, except where defective or required by law.

After the 14-day return period, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, normal wear, or damage caused after delivery. This does not limit any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Return shipping and refunds

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping and any related customs charges. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
